SEC Regulatory Review Task Force

Today, the Structured Finance Association (SFA) has established the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Regulatory Review Task Force, dedicated to identifying and seeking relief from existing SEC rules and regulations that limit the growth and efficiency of securitization markets.

SFA is seeking members from across asset classes and market roles to join the Task Force and contribute to this effort. If you are interested in joining, please contact [email protected] or fill out this join form.

A kick-off call with the Task Force is scheduled for Thursday, June 5, from 1 to 2 PM ET.
