Join the CFTC Regulatory Review Task Force
SFA is actively pursuing advocacy with the Commission. It is essential that we have broad member participation in the task force in order to achieve consensus on future advocacy positions. The Task Force meets bi-weekly to discuss issues with CFTC regulations impacting securitization and how best to improve them.
