SEC Concept Release on RMBS & Enhancements to ABS

On Friday, September 26, the SEC released the Concept Release on Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) Disclosures and Enhancements to Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) Registration.

The SEC requests comments on the release within a 60-day window of publication in the Federal Register.

The SFA is convening the SEC Regulatory Review Task Force on Tuesday, September 30, at 10:00 AM ET to discuss these developments, and will be holding weekly calls thereafter. To join this Task Force, please fill out this join form.
